Your Google profile
Open your business profile (search your business name in Google or Maps, signed in with the account that manages it), tap “Edit profile”, then paste the link in “Appointment link”. If you have no website, you can also use it as your “Website”.

Edit profile, then “Links”: add the link with the title “My open spots”. An “Open spots today” story with the link works well too.
